David Vest & Terry Robb — CRISSCROSS
David Vest, winner of six Maple Blues Awards (and five Muddy Awards), is a Canadian blues legend born in the USA (Alabama). Terry Robb, winner of 19 consecutive Muddy Awards, and a member of the Oregon Music Hall of Fame, has long lived in the USA (Portland, OR) but was born in Canada (Vancouver, BC). Both artists have seen solo albums hit Number One on various blues and roots charts And have bios as long as a bus ticket to Clarksdale. Vest has appeared with Big Joe Turner, Bo Diddley, Carey Bell, Jimmy T99 Nelson, Red Foley, Slim Pickens, and Faron Young, to name a few. His songs have been covered by artists ranging from Tammy Wynette to Downchild. Robb has produced and played with John Fahey and has worked with Maria Muldaur, Eddie "Clearwater" Vincent, Bo Diddley, Joe Cocker, and Johnny Winter, among others. He appeared with Curtis Salgado and Steve Miller on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien."
